In the Miss Irish Rose Pageant
The Miss Irish Rose Pageant was held on March 15th in Shamrock Texas. This pageant draws girls from all over the area.
Obviously we were very excited about Kristen winning 1st runner up. She had a wonderful time and enjoyed the two days of contest events. Kristen is the Wellington Lions Club Queen this year and was representing them at this pageant.
Kristen will also participate in pageant at Dalhart Texas in April.

A couple of friends of Kristen, Lucinda & Shanise who are attending school at Mid Western in Wichita Falls, were doing a video documentary about all a girl has to go through to participate in a pageant. I cant wait to see it.
